Our Story
Udbhav Schools: Nurturing Dreams with Grace & Compassion
Udbhav School, managed by the IIMAAA Charitable Trust, was established in 2007 under the Alpha/ICFAI Foundation. Following the passing of ICFAI Founder Mr. N J Yasaswi, Dr. G K Jayaram, a dedicated IIMA alumnus, secured the school’s future. In 2012-2013, the school transitioned to the Kasturi Trust and was renamed Ekalavya School. By April 2013, IIMA alumni in Hyderabad took over, reaffirming the mission to provide quality education to marginalized and under-served children. Located in Rasoolpura and Fatehnagar, Udbhav School is committed to holistic education, preparing every child to lead a fulfilling life and become a responsible citizen of India.

What is Udbhav Schools?
Udbhav Schools is an initiative started by the IIMA Alumni Association Hyderabad Chapter Charitable Trust, which focused on providing quality education to underserved children in Hyderabad. We aim to create an inclusive environment that fosters academic excellence, holistic development, and personal growth through innovative teaching methods and digital tools.
What kind of education programs do you offer?
Our programs include primary to secondary education, with a focus on science, technology, and holistic development. We use digital literacy tools such as Karadi Path, provide specialised science labs, and offer extra classes for weaker students. We also run a programme called Mission 25 through which provide extra classes for our sharp students helping them crack competitive exams.
How can I contribute to Udbhav Schools?
You can contribute by sponsoring a student or teacher, volunteering, or connecting us with CSR leaders to further our cause. Contributions help us provide essential resources, mentorship, and support to ensure our students receive a quality education.

The parent trust that manages the Udbhav Schools was started by and consists of members who are graduates of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. They are commitment to the providing quality education and leadership exposure to these underserved students.
What are your future goals?
Our future goals include expanding our existing schools to include pre-primary and higher secondary standards, replicating our successful school models in other locations, and continuing to improve the quality of education for underserved children.
